Cannot download .jpgs either in IE, which crashes. In AOL, downloading .jpgs – IE window opens and crashes. Same in Mozilla.

No viruses found… ran AdAware and McAfee.

I really need to keep using Yahoo mail and hope someone can help.

Have dsl, Vista Ultimate.
