Does anyone remember a kid's show from the 90's about an alien boy learning to live on Earth?

I remember watching it in class when I was in like 4th or 5th grade so that would be about 13 or 14 years ago. I’d say the show more than likely came on PBS, but none of the searches I’ve done have turned up anything familiar.

I remember the alien boy was blonde and had an "alien" sounding name. I’m wanting to say it started with the letter Z, but I can’t really remember. It’s been driving me crazy lately trying to remember. Any help would be majorly appreciated.
