How can I write the invitations for an Adult Only Baby Shower?

I am planning a baby shower but the Mommy-to-Be would like it to be adults only. How can I politely tell the guests to leave their children at home? I really don’t want to be rude and say anything like "No children" or "No kids allowed."

Help please!
